This is the first in a series of children’s stories which aim to help and encourage young children lead more active and healthy lives. The stories will follow the adventures of 6 main characters; Matthew, Ben, Emily, Sahid, Jasmin and Archie. This first one follows Emily’s story, one which I can relate to… not being able to catch.
