PROCESS:

1. Please place your order by adding to cart and going through checkout.
2. Within 48 hours of receipt of your order I will send you an email requesting a reference image of your little one and a scan* or high quality photo of your little ones artwork.
3. On receipt of this information I will get to work on your artwork.  You will receive an email update to let you know when it has been sent to the printers and a further notification and tracking number when it is in the post. 

*I am very happy to scan your kids artwork. If this is your preference please let me know and I will send you my address. All kids artworks will be returned.
